Amy sold me a package of 12 hydrafacials n only gave service of 4. When i sent them screenshots of texts to prove what they sold me they started calling me a bully. $1570 down the drain. Oh and i was threatened that i would hear from their attorney. Yup.

Awful experience wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE. We had texted the scheduler about our appointments at 3:30. When we arrive the rude lady with glasses at the front table tells us they canceled and there’s nothing they can do about it. She proceeded to be ridiculously rude and when we said we would go somewhere else and leave a review, says that she has lawyers and that we’re being recorded. Extremely awful customer service. Owners should reconsider their employees.

The place is 100% unprofessional. I left the place with no desire to step back I. It, the lady who was there was very sarcastic, gave me a very unease feeling- When I told her I would give a bad review she got up and started saying they have lawyers and they were going to sued me. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE NEVER!!
