“I’m so happy I found Magnolia Dental! I’ve been going there for 4-5 years and every visit, no matter what I have done, I feel as though I receive great care. The front desk is friendly, making appointments is easy and they’re happy to work with your schedule. They have a cancellation call list, which, if your schedule is a bit flexible, is an awesome way to get in sooner if need be. I love my hygienist, Becky. She does an awesome job with cleaning as well as pointing any possible issues out to Dr Kip. Becky is always friendly and on my last appt, showed compassion when I told her I’ve had a rough winter. Dr Kip is also fabulous. I trust him to give me an honest opinion about any issues I currently have as well as issues we are keeping an eye on. I also like that they send me a text message asking me to confirm or decline my upcoming appt. After I confirm, they send an additional text reminder (with the date and time of my appt) a day or so beforehand. I find very helpful.Initially I was looking for a new dentist bc I wasn’t happy with my prior dental practice in Staunton and I’m thankful I found Magnolia Dental! Call them, you won’t be disappointed.“
