I've always found the staff at WMA to be highly professional. Front desk, nurses, lab tech are all very nice and great to work with. Our whole family goes to this clinic. We especially like the fact that they aren't a pill mill and don't just dole out scripts for every junkie in town. This area has a huge issue with substance abuse and people doc shop a lot trying to find magic fentanyl prescriptions. Charise Battel and her staff are here to care for patients not enable users - makes for a much better experience all around. It's nice to go to a doctor's office that doesn't have a bunch of wigged out meth heads waiting around.
