El has “magic hands”. I had been having discomfort and restrictive movement in my left shoulder. After one massage therapy appointment, I was able to recover much of my movement. I had a wonderful experience working with El. They really have a way of tapping into your energy and bringing up things that you might not even realize are there. I was able to discover some things about myself that were unexpected and much needed. Overall it was a very therapeutic and memorable experience and El is one of the kindest people I’ve met. 10/10!
