Is there a working phone # that I could reach to discuss hard pricing with someone? Quotes can be such a big part of dropping off items for dry cleaning and I’m just not getting the answers I’m looking for. Thank you

I had a wedding dress emergency and I needed it cleaned in less than two weeks. I was told the turn around time is two to three weeks, but was informed I could speak with a manager just in case. They transferred me (I promise I wasn't a Karen, they genuinely told me to ask her for an exception!), I explained my situation and she told me to drop it off and let the front desk know to leave a note on my dress. Sure enough, it was done in just a few days and they did a fabulous job. It was clean and neat, and they even packaged it in such a way that despite the very long train the fabric would not wrinkle! Update. They had a glitch in their system and caused it to get sent to another location. Owner reached out and made things right. I appreciated them.Dropped my suit, a white collared shirt and a bomber jacket off on a Tuesday and was told everything would be done by Wednesday after 5pm. I needed my suit for a wedding by Saturday. I come in Wednesday. It’s not done. Saturday has come. I walk in to pick up my suit and bomber jacket (says it’s racked in their tracking system, white shirt still not done) My stuff is no where to be found. Not on the rack, or anything like the tracker shows. The employee can’t get ahold of manager. I don’t have a suit for my cousin’s... read full review
