I love quality appliance❤️ my fridge went out and I called them and spoke to Esther and she was amazing. They sent Max out within 4 hours and he was also amazing! He was honest about my situation and if I ever have anything happen with what they deal with, I will be calling them again ❤️ I give them a 20 not just a 10 ? they're very honest and reliable!
Adam came out last week to assess why our in-door ice maker wasn't working. He had to order a part and came back today to install it. Fast and friendly service and I would recommend them for any appliance repairs.
Our fridge recently stopped cooling. We tried another repair company and they ghosted us after their technician spent five minutes at our house. He was supposed to call us back after the labor day weekend with a part estimate. Max from Quality came out, spent time examining our fridge and gave us several recommendations. I was very impressed with his knowledge and service. I highly recommend Quality appliance and will use them exclusively in the future.
