I reached out to have them repair a broken fence. Sent the contractor our home address and images of the damage. They showed up when they committed to give us a consultation but then went unresponsive and never followed up with us.Nearly a month went by and I had to check with them only to find out they cannot assist us.Not a reliable contractor for planning a repair if you needed anything done urgently, not reliable for follow up. As a client or consumer, we shouldn't to wait a month to find out they cannot assist. Disappointing to say the least.
