I do not recommend this place. I have been going to Genesis Dental (West Valley City) for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. I had a filling scheduled for 11:00 a.m. today, and I received multiple reminders stating that I would be charged if I missed the appointment. I arrived today on time and waited until 11:50 a.m. before the new dentist (he is an Asian), whose name I do not know, came in. He told me, “I don’t have time. You’ll need to reschedule your service.” I was shocked and asked what he meant, and he responded, “You can go somewhere else if you don’t like it.” I did nothing to warrant that response. The only thing he added was, “At least we took your X-ray.” I found his behavior extremely unprofessional and disappointing. After being a patient there for so many years, I did not expect to be treated that way. A very racist guy. My entire family goes there but now we're about to find a new dentist. So unprofessional. If you want your day ruined, then go there!
I recommend Genesis Dental at West Valley Dr Q is awesome and Anna was so helpful. the whole staff is wonderful
