Professional and kids friendly great customer service.
Stylist: Natali es always so friendly and professional with my kids. I have a autistic son and she is so sweet wonderful and patient with him and since I speak Spanish it makes it easier for me to communicate with her what I want in my kids styles
I've been taking my 4 year old son here since his first hair cut. Of ALL the times we've gone here, we've only had ONE bad experience, which wasn't really THAT bad. The situation was... We never used the stylist before and she was a little too aggressive with him (holding my son's head in her arms, while trying to cut his hair). I think my son was in a bad mood too, which didn't help the situation. We then learned that you can actually request a specific stylist when booking your appointment, which we did, until our favorite stopped working there. My son dislikes getting haircuts so I avoid it for as long as I can but I was extremely satisfied with hair stylist Natali she was so patient and really helped my son feel comfortable and safe I didn’t expect how good the haircut actually came out because he wiggles so much but again she knows how to treat kids and does really good job ❤️
