CNS is a 'Vaccines For Children' (VFC) Provider which helps provide vaccines to children (18 or younger) whose parents or guardians may not otherwise be able to afford them. There may be a nominal administration fee per shot.We take pride in offering a convenient walk-in clinic and mobile services throughout Utah.
Absolutely friendly professionals without any hassles. Got my booster here & they answered all my questions without reservations.. it's obvious they care about the community!
Just got my 2nd Covid vaccine shot and had a great experience here. The first time I came in not knowing what to expect and the nurse was patient with me and explained how I might feel after. Same thing this time around. I'm so happy to finally have gotten all my shots and thankful for the friendly staff here. It looks like they do immunization and they are a non-profit so I highly recommend you check them out!
I chose CNS Immunization Clinic because I had never had a flu shot before and have an allergy to chicken eggs, so I wanted to be in the company of medical personnel when I got it. Becky, a nurse with decades of experience, asked me several questions before deciding it was safe for me to get the vaccine made with chicken eggs. As a precaution, she asked me to stay for 15 minutes for observation, during which time she checked on me. I felt completely safe and was touched when Lois and Christy at the front desk also asked how I was doing. Becky, Lois, and Christy, as well as another Becky at the back desk, another nurse Annette, and Yvette, the Program Manager, were kind, reassuring, and friendly. I was so happy with my new friends and the service I received that I scheduled my COVID booster there the next week and brought a friend along for his. At that appointment, I received my shot from Annette and met Nick, who was manning the back desk and also took great care of me. Geoff, a Pfizer representative who happened to be there, was also friendly. If you need any type of immunization at all, you couldn't be in better hands than with the wonderful people at CNS Immunization Clinic.(By the way, CNS [Community Nursing Services] is Utah’s oldest nonprofit home health care agency and is committed to providing care regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay; immunizations are only one of many services they provide.)
