I had an appointment set up (through online system), went to the building today and they have shut down! I received 2 text messages to confirm my appointment, as well as an email to do my new patient paperwork! What a waste of time.. very frustrating to say the least.
Took 4 months to get my glasses.
I have an assurance on the lenses went take advantage of their ins, cause the lenses are scratched in July and here it is October. I am still waiting for them lenses. It shouldn’t take three months to make a pair of lenses. I will not go back to this store. And when I call, they do not answer the phone. You have to go down in person to ask your question.
Paid a lot for some glasses that transition darker. Didn't even last 9 months. Spoke to manager who committed to making it right. Weeks have gone by with multiple attempts from us to check in and all we get is silence.
