Robert was absolutely AMAZING! He made me feel so comfortable and we had a few laughs! Despite the reason I was there, I didn't feel judged or like I did something wrong. Very kind and helpful staff! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Was able to check in online and fill out all the required forms ahead of time. Got a text when it was time to go in. I was in clinic for about 30 minutes total and left with helpful info and next steps.
The Dr. was knowledgeable, kind, and caring. He made sure I understood his diagnosis and provided prescription accordingly. I appreciated how he took the time to listen to me and cared about me as a patient. As a matter a fact I told him I’d return to West Point because of the excellent services I received today.
