West Jordan InstaCare is a healthcare facility that provides urgent care services. There was minimal wait time when one patient was there, and they were seen almost immediately. Very friendly staff, from the receptionist all the way to the doctor, were friendly and they really did care. Dr. Brent Smith stitched up a patient's forehead and did a fantastic job. However, others feel the care is not very informative. One patient with a painful sore throat was only told to take Tylenol and gargle with warm salt water. A simple suggestion could have saved days of pain. While some patients appreciated the doctors' attentiveness once seen, others expressed frustration with the overall experience.
Dr. Blackham and his team do a fabulous job. I will continue to work with them and highly recommend them if you are looking for a team of professionals who care about their patient’s needs.
When it comes to instant health care, the team at Intermountain West Jordan always provides an outstanding experience. From the receptionists, who are consistently welcoming and understanding, to the nurses and doctors, who demonstrate professionalism, patience, and genuine care, every interaction reflects their commitment to excellent service. I truly appreciate all that they do.
Everyone was great. From the receptionist all the way to the doctor and everyone in-between were friendly and they really did care. Would definitely go back in the future if I need them.
