Titan Heating & Air Conditioning

Surprised by the negative reviews here, which prompted me to share my experiences.

Purchased a home, needed some follow up work through the builder and Titan. Minor issues, all were fixed promptly and with great communication between Titan and our builder. Worked so far with a few ladies in the office, and Cole and Cris. Everyone was great, Cole came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was nice and helpful each time.

We lost our air on July 3 with our adult children and our 3 grandkids-Cole SAVED us!!! of course it was the start of the heat wave and he didn't give up ! He got us temporarily up and running until we could get a certain part. We won't use anyone else for our heating/air. Had a great experience when setting up the appointment and when Cole came out to do maintenance on my central AC and furnace and he was on time and professional. The price was reasonable but also the capacitor was going out on my AC unit. Cole brought it in and showed me what it was registering at and didn't pressure me to replace it but wanted to let me know. In the end I did replace it and wasn't a huge expense. All in all, was glad I went with this company. Found them online and was a first time customer.
