My daughter has thick and curly hair. It gets knotted and tangled. Also a sensitive head. We needed someone last minute to help. We were able to reserve online last minute. 15 min we were in and they gave my 8yr old the best haircut and took out the aka “rats nest” tangled hair. Thank you for your kid skills with my daughter and your expertise to bring a solution to our hair problem;);). ?♀️ ?

Quick, easy, and with little to no worry about a haircut at a reasonable price. I go there at least once a month, and with the app, there is no wait. Sign in, queue yourself in line, and receive a text when to head to the shop.

The location should adopt a policy of placing a sign in the window/door letting people know when they are no longer seeing walk-ins for the day. (I'm sure that time frame can change depending on the day.) Not all people want to use an app to schedule an appointment.Ended up with a friendly stylist who did a fine cut, but initially got turned away for being too close to closing (28 minutes, vs 30 min.).(Thanks to a good Samaritan that gave up their spot.)... I also saw another walk-in get turned away a few minutes later. A sign placed in the window would go a long way toward helping people who have ambulatory difficulties to know if they should bother getting out... read full review
