When our sewer backed up a few weeks ago 5-point came in and did a beautiful job of mitigating the mess! Parker and his crew were knowledgeable, respectful, quick, and meticulous with all they did. We have zero complaints and want to thank them for a job beautifully done. FivePoint went above and beyond when a secondary flood destroyed the other half of the basement this week. Bumka and his team were amazing. There were a few things that needed to be fixed afterwards and they were on top of it quickly. I feel like his team went above and beyond after this flooding. This company was recommended by our insurance company to assist us in dealing with water damage from a leaky shower cartridge. Alex and his water and mold mitigation team contacted us within a hour of being contacted by our insurer. They came out that day, assessed the damage and started the process of drying out walls and floor and dealing with mold. They were easy to work with and did their job swiftly and professionally. When they were done with the water and mold mitigation, Boomka and his restoration team came out to promptly repair the damaged walls and flooring.
