Takes the guesswork and injuries out of my workout. The coaches are fantastic and inspiring. My workout frequency has skyrocketed compared to trying to get independent workout time. My health is thankful.
Coach Cam is the absolute best! Not only does he take the time to figure out alternative exercises for me to do when needed, he makes sure I am doing them safely and correctly. I never have to wonder if I’m going to get a good workout when I go in because he makes sure I push myself, but not to the point of over exertion. I highly recommend Coach Cam to everyone!
I travel for work and go to many different F45 gyms and i just want to say how much this gym stood out! The coaches are amazing and give attention to each member as if it were a one on one training. Whether it be from form correction to assisting with either progressing or digressing the movement, they were always there to push you and make it personalized. The owner is the sweetest lady as well. Gym is clean and easy to get to. There is a shower which is separate from the restrooms which i think is important. Over all, i had a wonderful experience here and would recommend to anyone in the area!
