Dr Bird and Nicole are incredible!! I went in for knee pain and they helped me figure how to manage it better in my life. I trusted them fully because of how knowledgeable they were with their practice. Dr Bird is great at listening and making sure he understands what you need from him. Nicole is so good at explaining exercises and why they are important, and helping you adjust when needed.
Dr Bird has always been so great and helpful with improving my physical health. I feel so much better and appreciate that he always sends me home with a few exercises to work on to help my body improve! Love going here! Great atmosphere!
Dr. Bird has been integral in keeping me physically ready to compete in strongman. I look forward to every appointment because I know I’m going to walk out feeling wholly better than when I walked in!
