We had a puppy pee stained carpet and they were able to get it all out down through the pad. It was a little pricey, but way less than having to replace the whole carpet. Very friendly and helpful owner and service man. We love the 100% guarantee the most!
Victor was so wonderful to work with. He was able to come when I needed it done, and he & Gullermo did a great job. I read on here that they do a good job with pet stains, and my dying dog did a number on a couple of spots on my carpeting. I wasn't hopeful that they would be able to help much, but it looks awesome!! Thank you for doing a great job and cleaning my hallway, through the living room & out the door. It looks & smells great!
