“Jack Egbert and his wife, Heather, are genuinely good people. While my family and me were off roading on German Dugway trail, our truck nearly tumbled off the mountain. If we continued our attempt to get it out, I would not be here to post this review.<br><br>We are at loss, and there was no option to send a tow truck due to the high risk.<br><br>Jack and Heather came by in their ATV, and asked if we need help. Jack immediately got out of his ATV, and said, “we are not leaving until everyone is home safe.”<br><br>They spent the next 3 hours attempting to find ways to get our truck back on the trail, which seemed impossible considering that it was teetering on the edge. Without them, we would not have made it out, or would have had to pay an enormous bill to crane it out.<br><br>We insisted to pay them several times, but they continued to decline. They kept saying, “we are not leaving until everyone is home safe.”<br><br>Although I have not had an opportunity to be their customer, I can say with complete confidence to all customers that these people are angels.<br><br>You can be assured that they will be honest in their business, and thorough in their work, until the job is done, and done right, so that you and your families are also safe at home.“

“Bair Heating and Air installed my heating and air system in 2019. I had been out of town for a few weeks and came back to find my home at 83 degrees. I always turn the thermostat to 78 in the summer when I leave so I was confused. I turned the thermostat to 74 but nothing happened!! My daughter happened by and she tried various settings as well. Finally about 4:30pm Friday afternoon I called Doug Bair. About 6:30pm, jooafter hours on a Friday night Doug returned my call. He walked me through circuit breakers etc. he had me go to the basement and look for a read light at the bottom of the unit…. No light!! He then told me to look for a switch, found it, turned it on and immediately it started working!!!I thought this was amazing service especially on a Friday evening after hours!!!!
