Went to the Washington location and received personalized service from the Amazing staff there. They helped us pick out tile for our master bathroom. They took more time than they should have with us, and were extremely helpful and patient as we searched for just the right combinations. They offered expert advice and never rushed us as we looked through the amazing selection of tile that they had. We have previously purchased our carpet from them and have loved it. We will continue to shop here because of the quality of service and superior quality of products they offer.
Wow, my friend recommended them as the “best price in town”, but my review is on the best customer service in town! I was able to work with Zack, Kristy, and Brian. I also appreciate Ruben and his flooring team. They all taught me what I needed to know about the differences in flooring (laminate and vinyl planking), tile (ceramic vs porcelain) as well as the variety of differences in carpets and padding. I may have changed my mind a few times and they were so patient with me. Kristy made me feel like I was an important client and stayed after closing to help me finalize my decision. I highly recommend this store for all your flooring needs. Brian Shaw went above and beyond helping us with our selection. He is knowledgable, personable and professional. Also, the Craftsmen sent to install the engineered wood we selected did an outstanding job. They all clearly care about their profession.
