I appreciated Tyler from Senske Services calling to let me know he had sprayed our trees and shrubs with dormant oil and to ask if I had any questions. It was good to know what he had done today.

The rating is based on Hunter phoning ahead of the appointment. I advised him that there were a few inches of fresh snow on the ground and wondered whether that would impair the deep-root fertilizing application for the 30+ trees in our yard and garden, in addition to numerous shrubs. He explained that he had begun his route early this morning, was wearing waterproof boots, and was prepared to do the job. Although I did not observe him while he performed the work, tracks in the snow and his post-service report evidenced it.

We have used Senske for the last couple years and they always do a great job. Tyler is so friendly and professional and took a moment to explain what he was putting on our yard and why and what we can expect from it. He did a great job and was quick and efficient.
