We rented a machine to do Dole Whip for a mission reunion and it was a HIT! The owners are so kind and responsive. The instructions are thorough and honestly it is very easy; you mix it with water and pour it in and 5 minutes later you have ice cream, it’s amazing! I would absolutely rent from them again. Great service and great product!
Picking up the machine was smooth. Meeting the owners was fun. They have number of machines and a good selection of ice cream flavors. We set up the machine in a park for a reception. We served fresh fruit over ice cream. The outside temperature was 109 F and the ice cream machine worked well all night. Everyone loved it.
The owner is amazing!! She's super accommodating and sweet. They give you a troubleshooting guide and printed off instructions so that you don't have to stress about remembering everything when they tell you how to set up and run them. The mixes are the best soft-serve mixes that I've had, and I swear by this company. We will definitely be using them for all our big events and parties!
