I happily make the drive from Salt Lake county to work with Mr.Johnson on my taxes every year. He does a phenomenal job and his rates are more than reasonable. Staff is just as awesome.

Edit 04/19 We filed our 2017 taxes over a year ago and still haven't received our refund. A lot of things went wrong from all ends, but the biggest frustration was the lack of communication. We called and emailed numerous times over the past year without ever hearing back.

Apr 2018

We filed on Turbo Tax but had a feeling something was off, so we drove from Draper to visit Jake's office. The process was easy, and we found out that there was a LOT of money in returns that were somehow looked over when we filed ourselves using Turbo Tax. In the end Jake got us over $4,000 more in returns! And the rate we paid him was comparable to what Turbo Tax cost, maybe even less if I remember correctly.
