“No website. As a customer I like to be able to see a website with pricing so I can compare, and make a decision. Places that don’t have a website I automatically skip over. Wanted to come here to get my hair done but I have no clue the pricing. I could call but it just takes a lot longer. Leaving this review in hopes that it will help better the business. “I'm giving then the benefit of the situation. They were dealing with clean up from a broken water pipe. The service was fine but no one said anything to me well past my appointment time. At that point I had to go interrupt someone to make sure they were still open. After they apologized I was taken care of in a matter of minutes. I think they thought I was waiting for my wife or something. They said oh I thought someone had already talked to you.... So you saw me sitting there and said nothing.“
