“I took my 10 year old in for some excema and a black mole. We met with Jim Carly. He talked to both my son and I about how to help the excema and the MA took notes for me and got us a coupon. I wish I had her name because she was amazing with my son. After he looked at the mole he told us it was something more concerning and explained our options, but strongly suggested he had it removed that day. He walked us through the steps and made sure to get approval from both me and my son (which was very hard to get from my needle anxious boy). They were both so patient and kind and helped us get through a five minute procedure that took closer to an hour due to nerves. After it was done Jim told Oscar how proud he was for working through something so scary to him. He also called the next morning to check in on him and tell me how impressed he was with Oscar. I already have an appointment for myself scheduled and will be taking my family there for any other needs. Highly recommend.“
