GTM was incredible to build with. They fully customized our floor plan (something no other builder would do), were very easy to get ahold of, and despite massive price fluctuations of materials their price and completion date never budged. It will probably be the largest purchase I ever make, so working with a group with that kind of integrity, open communication and build quality is the best choice i have ever made.

GTM Builders was great to work with in building our new home. They were very accommodating and willing to work with our requests as best as they could. They were professional and clear with the process and transparent with everything. Provided us with all the information we needed for our new home... there have been some minor details that we've caught so far in the house that we didn't catch during our "blue taping" and so far, GTM has been mostly accommodating, although slow. There are also a couple of things they said they'd fix but haven't gotten around to those yet. Will be following up with them soon.
