Initially was not satisfied. The owner of the company takes great pride in his company and was very responsive in scheduling a second appointment to clean my carpet. I really appreciate him and the customer service! Thank you!

Great work and AMAZING customer service! I work for a property management company and these guys are fantastic in helping facilitate timely turnover. Their customer service is on point. Their turnaround time is quick. I cannot recommend these guys enough! *** SOLID 5 STARS ***

We had Big Jim's come pick up our cream colored rug to be cleaned. I received a call from Wes (one of the co-owners) letting me know that our rugs wear pattern was such that even after it was cleaned we still wouldn't be happy with the result. He didn't charge us for his time and effort and let us decide what we wanted to do with the rug from that point. I was so impressed by the service we received and the fact that they didn't charge us because the result wasn't up to their standards. I would recommend them to anyone!
