I like to go to this clinic since 2022. I went to that clinic for the first time when I was pregnant with my first baby. They treated me very well and today in my second pregnancy I also continued there with my prenatal control. I am only 2 weeks and 4 days away from giving birth. I gave birth and until today I have no complaints. The nurses are very attentive and super charismatic apart from the gynecologists since I have had both women and men in my consultations and they do a good job. I had a very bad experience, I always have to wait a long time, around 2 hours ?, for the doctor inside the office because he is late with other patients, it's okay I didn't say anything, but the day I had to arrive a few minutes late they simply told me that They couldn't serve me because
I arrived late and it seemed unfair to me because everyone's time is valuable, I know, but for them my time is not, so they gave me another appointment but honestly it didn't seem to me that once I was there they simply didn't want to attend to me! I'm sorry but it's not worth it!! I will seriously think about returning!

Even thou I wasn’t able to be seen that same day, receptionists explained that unfortunately it was by appointment only. She was able to schedule me the next available appointment. I like that they try to do their best in accommodate your needs.
