Good folks here. I mistakenly bought a gas dryer off KSL when i needed an electric one. Curtis here at AA&R let me trade in my gas one and got me set up with a nice refurbished one—and at a real good price. He even switched the plug to the prong count I needed! And then helped unload and load to boot.Real good service and products. I recommend.

I called as my dryer had broken and did not get an answer and left a voicemail. My call was returned probably within 30 minutes and I spoke with Anthony who asked for my dryer details and address. Once provided he told me he could make it out today and was here within a couple of hours. He was professional, clean, and worked quickly. He did not have one part he needed and left and returned just to get the one piece to get me working today. Very grateful for Anthony and his help. Would recommend and use again!

Anthony came over right away and began diagnosing the problem with my LG refrigerator. He listened to the steps that I had taken and tried a few things of his own. He was polite and kind in interacting with my toddler. I appreciate his service and I would call him again.
