I would not recommend Energy Pro for your insulation needs. They were quick to come out and get the job. The quality and expectations they promised were far from what was quoted. A 2 hour job ended up taking 12 because their equipment was faulty. They sent out 2 young kids that really had no idea what to do and were as frustrated as we were. We added insulation to the attic and walls and received a large bill. I was assured that the garage would cool 20 to 30 degrees. It did not change a bit. Once they get their money, they do not want to deal with customers or be bothered. I had several quotes, and they spoke badly of their competition, which, as it turns out, would have done a far better job in a fraction of the time.

I am very satisfied with the job completed. The pros are professional, courteous and very informative for the bid appointment. They guided me through the rebate process, which other insulation contractors literally told me that my house would not qualify. Their pricing is up front and very fair. There were no hidden costs involved. I would recommend this contractor to my friends and family that want to improve the energy efficiency of their home.

I received a quote from Caleb at Energy Pro to blow in insulation. He checked the space, etc. On the day of install, the truck showed up and they did not have enough hose. They told me they would come back a couple days later, they did, with not enough hose. They told me they would come back a third time, they did not. I called the office and the woman said they had decided not to do my job, without telling me. The kicker is that one time when the EnergyPro morons were in our attic, they walked on a drain pipe from, separated it from, the roof above and the ceiling was flooded. The roofer needed to come and the inside ceiling needed to be repaired. The woman at their office told me to "go away." EnergyPro, in my experience, is unprofessional and incompetent.
