TJ with X Out Pest Services is the best! He always remembers to check in with me, so I never have to remember to schedule an appointment. The reason why pest control isn’t on the top of my mind is because whatever TJ uses always does the trick. I can’t remember the last time I saw a bug in my house! We used to have black widows in the backyard, and those are gone too. As long as TJ is around, we’ll never use a different pest control service.Services: Home inspection

X-Out is amazing! I've used them for the past 2 1/2 years. After every service, LOTS of dead critters outside! (Thankfully not making their way inside!) TJ comes to spray every other month, around the entire perimeter of the house, patio, plants, window sills, doors, and thoroughly inside the garage. A couple times a year he does inside the house using a separate pet-safe spray, under sinks, along baseboards, doorways and laundry room. And he always takes his shoes off in the house. :) If you have any concerns on in-between months, a re-spray is done for free.
