I love the personal attention that I receive at Tri-Fit Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist is very friendly and knows his clients by name. Recently, I was having leg pain while walking. The physical therapist got right down on the floor to watch me walk. He fit me with custom made orthodics to put into my shoes by taking a scan of my foot. The orthodics have been very helpful and keep me from rolling my foot when I walk. I appreciate the time that was spent listening to my troubles and providing me with solutions. Tri-Fit Physical Therapy is the best. I highly recommend visiting them with all of your physical therapy needs!

Professional and knowledgeable. Lance was able to determine why my shoulders were hurting and developed an individualized plan of stretches and exercises to increase my movement and strengthen the muscles causing the problems. He also provided instruction and training on the sports and activities I participate in to make sure I continue to strengthen and not further aggravate my injuries. I give him my highest recommendation.
