I wanted to try the Sunbed because I’m tired of the upkeep with my spray tans so I changed my membership and the ladies up at the front were beyond wonderful. They helped me understand what lotion to use, why I shouldn’t tan longer than the recommended time and they really made me feel like it was ok to ask questions. They really try their best here so I think the one star reviews are people who don’t fully understand the exhaustion of working customer service.
