They listened carefully to my buyer from planning to completion. They communicated with us each step of the way! Our home inspector even said it's one of the best homes in terms of quality that he's inspected for new construction! I researched many of the local homebuilders to St. George/Washington area and Sullivan was always the one that I kept coming back to. Everyone who I talked to who had built with Sullivan couldn’t recommend them enough. I ended up building a home with Sullivan from the ground up, and it was an awesome experience. Shannon was excellent and so insightful through the process of selecting a plan, lot, sorting through details etc, the design team was so thorough and helpful with recommendations and helping find the style that I wanted within my budget, and Don was excellent through the building process. We recently purchased a home from Sullivan. Shannon is seriously the most kind, thoughtful, helpful, and truly is the best! The builder (even though we never met him personally) was just as kind and caring. The bottom line is we have never had as good as of an experience than we did with Sullivan. I would highly recommend them!
