STONETREE

I am a patient person and don’t like to give bad reviews but this is needed. Our block wall is caving in and they are unresponsive. Bad professionalism, very unresponsive/not responsive at all to be honest. Our wall has caved in (see pics) we can’t get a hold of Stone Tree for weeks and neither can our home warranty who is the builder/contract work through them. Horrible communication, poor quality and left our backyard unfinished when they didn’t put them rock back as they said they would. This company is contracted by Salsbury home builders. They landscaped an entire community of about 130 townhomes and have done an absolute terrible job. It’s been months since the development was finished and they have been paid but haven’t finished their work. Of the work that was finished, the landscapers thought that broken roof shingles and chunks of dry concrete was a good addition to the park area and my back yard. The sprinkler system throughout the development has many spots where grass isn’t even getting watered and thought It would be a great idea to plant mulberry trees in the middle of the park area.
