Took great care of our sweet girl on a Sunday when no one else was open! Walked us through multiple options and prices to pick the best care for both our dog and our wallets! The staff was compassionate and knowledgeable in their care!
Southwest took such great care of our dog after getting bit by a dog on a hiking trail. We were in and out in less then an hour with staples. A little wait to get in same day, but we were grateful for a place to be open on a Sunday!
I had an unfortunate situation with our little Maltechon who was only 13 weeks old. We purchased her at 10 weeks old. We had to take her to the vet every week and today the vet told us of her inability to thrive. A couple things played into that, but the doctor was very respectful of our frustration and feelings to hearing that we may have to put our new little puppy down. The doctor was thorough and the receptionist was so kind in dealing with us.
A hard sotuateas made immensely better by that super nice doctor (Tyson Wayment)! He was skilled and well educated. His professional nature and empathy were amazing!
