We recarpeted our entire home and we were pleased with the entire process! Joe was very helpful and patient as we made our choice. The installers were professional and the quality of carpet was incredible! I highly recommend Schumacher Discount Carpet.

Outstanding "customer service" ! I was in contact with JOE for several months re: carpet for our new home. Because of scheduling, we had to make MANY phone calls back and forth (i.e. playing "phone tag"). But NONE of that deterred JOE! When I finally met him ... he had "samples" available for me ... and I chose one that day. Once again, because of scheduling, I had to CANCEL the first installation date and set another. Not to worry .... JOE was very accommodating and understanding! Carpet is installed ... and we Iove it! As others have said, "Great quality, for a great price." But the great "P.R", CUSTOMER SERVICE and "KINDNESS" of JOE is the reason I've taken the time to review, and highly recommend this business.

I really like the guy we spoke to; he was trying so hard to find something to accommodate us but we were in a pickle and didn't have time to order they have a lot of selection to order.. In the end we didn't get anything because the closeout stock they had wouldn't be enough for the job.. so if u need an emergency flooring for a small space.. This is your place.. 2 stars for customer service! 1 star for searching and trying to accommodate! us 1 Star for the selection (by order) ! Would have liked to give another star for the sales rep. and wished I had gotten his name. (I believe people, like I do) really take the advice of your site seriously.. so there you have it.. my honest opinion..
