Shawn morgan is the rep that helped me out with all of my airconditioning problems. He went out of his way to explain the issue that prevailed with my unit, and provided the needed solutions. His patience was fantastic in dealing with my having a hard time understanding the source of the problems. Also provided me with a mouse proof thermostat that is needed since we are not techies, just oldie moldies. Great job Shawn and many thanks.
Great service. The technician checked all my heating and cooling units, inside and out, including electrical, coils, etc. Most importantly, he didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be using this company for maintenance as well as any necessary repairs.
