Scott Stout is so awesome to work with. I would not want to work with anyone else on a home loan. He is professional and very knowledgeable. Scott is great at communicating the details and he is really honest! Guild mortgage is the best in Southern Utah, in my humble opinion.
Scott and Loni were excellent. We had a quick sale of our previous home and they moved our mortgage qualification up and expedited closing of our new home in record time. I tell everyone who asks about our home purchase to call Scott for a fantastic mortgage experience.
