I had an emergency because my machine’s needle would’t go up or down and I had a class the very next morning. Rod took a look and had me out in about 5 minutes. He and Taylor ALWAYS go the extra mile when servicing and/or fixing our machines.

I took my Elna Swiss made sewing machine here to be cleaned and tuned up. It is night and day better. I am so pleased with their service. My machine is working better than it ever has. So glad to have a local company to care for my machine.
