I found climate control through google, and chose to call them based upon all of the great reviews. My experience with them has been great, just like all of the good reviews I read about on here. I would recommend this company to everyone!At my house the heating and ac unit was 40 years old and not working and I knew that the unit might have a simple fix, such as getting a new capacitor, but that most likely it was going to be something worse. John came out and checked out the unit and was very honest about what could be done to help me out. Option 1 was to try fixing my unit. I am a St George Real Estate agent who goes over and above for my clients and know what it takes to my clients happy. Climate Control Air Conditioning went above expectations to satisfy a customer. That tells me they know the value of making an extra effort and how it will reflect their business. It’s goes further that a Dollar amount. Not only did you make an emergency after hour run, but you informed me of the current issue gave me honest options to choose from. Honesty and professionalism goes a long way.
Climate control came out late at night and found that my older system needed to be replaced. Within 8 hours we had a new system installed! John, Ricky, and Shad are great. This is called going beyond! Explained the options in depth and they follow through with good work!Services: Repair HVAC
