Michelle Cook does an excellent job with our taxes and small business bookkeeping. I especially appreciate that she responds to emails in a timely and thorough manner. Most people ignore half the questions and concerns in a detailed email, picking and choosing which questions they feel like answering (usually the easiest ones). Michelle answers every one, and if she doesn't immediately have the answer, she tells me she'll work on it, and then she follows up as soon as possible. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and competent. I'm happy to highly and unreservedly recommend Michelle Cook!
