My husband and I went to the salt room at Breathe for a date when we first heard about it and we had a fun, relaxing time.
Several weeks later my six year old daughter caught a pretty bad cough that wouldn’t let up. She was coughing every few minutes all day long and keeping us up at night with coughing too. Over the weekend we had a family funeral to go to and she coughed constantly through it. It was awful!

There is truly nothing like this place in town. Not often do I leave a 5 star review, but here I am. If six stars was an option, I’d give Breathe 7. From the kindness of the staff to the cleanliness of the entire building, my experiences at Breathe continue to exceed my expectations and are the reason why I will return for years to come. The pricing is affordable for the hourly salt experience and the memberships are an absolute steal. Breathe has managed to avoid inflation. Whether you are simply looking for a relaxed evening or are feeling under the weather, Breathe is a great place to spend a day here in the heart of southern Utah.
Visited the Breathe Salt Room today with my husband and children. Valli was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable. The atmosphere was very uplifting and healing. All my children enjoyed it! All around a great experience! We will visit again.
