I was hesitant to go back for a brow wax after a not so great previous experience but decided to give it one more chance. I’m glad I did and super thankful for Callista taking the time to get the angles right and for transforming my brows! She not only did a phenomenal job with the procedure but also took the time to educate me. I appreciated her going the extra mile in answering my questions and teaching me about something I know nothing about!! I will definitely be back and will be requesting her again for sure!

I just posted a review under Ulta regular site. In a nutshell. Brittany did a great job on my brows and was very pleasant to interact with during her work as well. Trust her with your brows !!!

I went to Ulta to get some CC Cream from IT Cosmetics. When I arrived, Carol helped me find exactly what I needed AND what I wanted. She also showed me some tips and tricks of how to try new looks and improve my makeup skills. I live about 5 hours north from here, so I have never been to this Ulta location before. I have been to several makeup stores and two other Ulta stores and I have never had an experience like this! I just wanted to say thank you to Carol for helping me out and being so kind!!
