Larry is extremely professional. He was on time and very thorough. He checked everything, and when he was done I was confident that I knew exactly the problems with the house we were buying. He took the time to explain to us in person many of the problems so we didn't have to wait for the report to see that the problems were not major. The report was sent to us the next day.
