AMR HVAC installed a ducted minisplit system in our 1950s remodel. They've also serviced it a few times since then. they are always on time. they do a great job. they stand by their work (one time a fix wasn't quite fixed and they came back and re-fixed at no charge... lol). and probably most importantly, they actually answer the phone when we call :) oh, and the prices are competitive too
