Completely saved me in a pinch. I was told by another company that the whole system needed to be replaced, including the furnace, etc. I was quoted 11,000$ for the cheapest option.
Air Care Professionals sent Ryan out, he told me the unit was completely repairable, and did it on the spot. Only cost me around 500$.
Outstanding service, and just as importantly, HONEST. I didn't feel like I was being manipulated into paying for anything I didn't need. I have another HVAC project that is coming up that needs doing, and I will absolutely be calling them.

Josh was on time and exceptionally polite. He even asked my permission if it was okay to come back into the house after going out to get a ladder, without knocking as opposed to just walking in. He explained in detail the service needed and did not rush my decision. He cleaned up after his work and thanked me for using Air Care.

We have used Air Care several times for tune ups and emergencies. We have a rental property and it never fails the emergency seems to always happen when we have a guest. They have been able to save us multiple times... (Strongly recommend no one ever install a Lenox system which came with our condo when we bought it). We will always use Air Care!
