I couldn't be more impressed with John and his company. We had a problem with my 23 year old AC unit and he quickly came, identified the problem and fixed it immediately. You can tell he is honest and wants to do what is best for you. There was no high pressure or attempt to sell me something you don't need. John is a rare gem in the HVAC industry; trustworthy and fairly priced. I was referred to him by my neighbor who also had a great experience with him. He's a great guy, knows his trade and honest. I am thrilled to write this review. Our A/C unit has been on the fritz since last season. We have had two other, (big name HVAC), technicians come and have a look at our unit. Within only minutes the other HVAC technicians recommended replacing the unit, and quoted very expensive replacement costs. John on the other hand, took time to look into the issue. He didn't immediately suggest replacement, he got to work and fixed it! It's a 19 year old unit with perhaps a few more years left in it. The A/C is now working and we are thrilled! John came to my condo several months ago to check out my AC unit very last minute. He gave some great suggestions and was so helpful. He charged a fair price and was happy to have him come back if I needed.A few weeks later I decided to put in a new thermostat on my own. It started out fine and then things were not working and panic set in. I called John out of the blue and he again had some great suggestions!
