I once took martial arts here and had to leave when I moved away. I wish I never stopped. now driving over 30 minutes to get back here. 12 years later, they still are dedicated to improving and refining. Challenging and rewarding. Best family oriented martial arts in the valley.

Omega teaches more than basic martial arts, but seems to really focus higher by building people to become whatever their full potential may be with confidence and skills that happen to come from a variety of martial arts disciplines. All of that happens for hundreds of students in classes divided by rank and age (kids, youth, and adults) while having a lot of fun.

The dojo is run very well and my son loves going in twice a week. Richard is well prepared and provides you with multiple options for advancement and purchases. We've been there a year and a half and plan on staying for a while.
